Processing

All products on this website are subject to the availability of the item and payment submitted in full is a condition precedent for the fulfillment of an order. You will be contacted if the ordered item(s) are out of stock or if additional information is required for credit card verification.

Undeliverable and/or Lost Items

If your order is not delivered or considered to be undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address used in the processing of the order, Raphael shall not be responsible for the item(s) which have been lost, stolen or delivered to the incorrect address.

Inspection

You are required to inspect the delivered products once you receive your order to ensure that the products are in as expected condition. If the ordered item is not in such condition, please email raphaelwatches.nyc@gmail.com as soon as feasible, and with all essential information such as the order number, contact information and a detailed description of the issue and photo and video proof.

Damaged and/or Faulty Products

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact Raphael within 7 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with either a new product or a refund at our discretion. If a refund is warranted, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the damaged or faulty product.

Force Majeure

Raphael shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligations if the same are caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not restricted to delays caused by COVID-19 or other related restrictions such as fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial disputes, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
