Please allot 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for shipments to arrive.

At this time, we do not offer returns on any items which are not proven to be defective and/or faulty. As such, notwithstanding the foregoing, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not have control over the shipment once it leaves our possession. As such, we ask that you check whether the address provided was accurate. Otherwise, please file a claim with the carrier and state that your package is missing.

Please contact raphaelwatches.nyc@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs if the address provided is incorrect after it has left our possession.

We currently do not offer express shipping. Our standard processing time is between 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
